Plain English, because you have a business to run. By creating a VendorRoute account you agree to the following:
What VendorRoute is
VendorRoute helps vendors find events, plan routes, store documents, and track per-event sales. Access requires a paid subscription (or an invite from us); plans and current pricing are shown on the billing page.
Event information is best-effort
Event listings, application links, deadlines, fees, and organizer contacts are gathered from public sources. We work hard to verify them, but events change and organizers move pages — always confirm the details with the organizer before paying a fee or committing to a date. VendorRoute is not affiliated with the events listed and is not responsible for an event’s decisions, cancellations, or fees.
Your account and your data
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of anything you enter (sales figures, documents, event submissions). Your business data belongs to you — see the Privacy page for how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the service, resell the event database, upload unlawful content, or use VendorRoute to spam event organizers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other vendors’ experience.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page (Manage subscription) — access continues to the end of the paid period, and promotional discounts apply for the period stated in the offer. Prices for new billing periods may change with notice.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorRoute is not liable for lost profits or damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on event information found here.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll note it in the app. Continuing to use VendorRoute after a change means you accept the updated terms.
