The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don’t sell it, and your business numbers stay yours.
What we collect
Your name, email, and business details when you sign up; the events you save and apply to; sales and expense figures you enter; documents you upload; and, only if you turn it on, your device location to sort events by distance.
How we use it
To run the product: showing you nearby events, building your route, generating your post-event verdicts, and sending account emails (confirmation, password resets). That’s it.
What we never do
We don’t sell your data, share your sales figures with anyone, or give event organizers your contact information. Your P&L is visible only to you and teammates you invite to your business.
Location
Location is optional, used only in your browser session to sort events by distance, and never stored on our servers. Clear it any time with the “Clear location” button on the Events page.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) in the United States, protected by row-level access controls. Documents you upload live in private storage tied to your business.
Deleting your data
Want your account and data gone? Reply to any VendorRoute email and ask — we’ll delete it fully. Self-serve account deletion is on the roadmap.
